Refund Policy for GlowMark

Thank you for shopping at GlowMark. We appreciate your interest in our range of lamps, lights, and lighting products. Our goal is to ensure you have a satisfying experience while exploring, evaluating, and purchasing our products.

As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions at GlowMark. By placing an order or making a purchase at GlowMark, you agree to the terms outlined below, as well as GlowMark's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.


2. General Conditions

All purchases made through our website are subject to product availability. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to limit or cancel the quantities offered on our website or to limit sales of our products or services to any individual, household, geographic region, or jurisdiction.


3. Refund and Exchange Policy

Eligibility for a Refund:

You are entitled to a refund within 30 days of your purchase if the following conditions are met:

  • The product was purchased within the last 30 days.

  • The product is in the same condition as when you received it.

  • The product is unused, unworn (if applicable), and includes all original tags and packaging.

  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items:

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software products

  • Certain health and personal care items


4. Shipping Returns

To return a product, you must first contact us at info@glowmark.org to obtain a return authorization and the return address. Items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Please note that you are responsible for covering the cost of shipping the product back to us.


5. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it and process your refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. For credit card payments, it may take 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.


6. Exchanges

If you need to exchange a product for the same item, please contact us at support@glowmark.org. Exchanges are only available for items that are defective or damaged.
